Your wedding will be one of the most important days in your life. Planning your wedding should be an enjoyable and exciting experience. It can also be the most stressful. Divine Weddings can greatly reduce the stress throughout the planning process by guiding you graciously through all the details of your wedding. I have designed hundreds of weddings and understand that every couple is unique. No matter how big or how small, I want to help you to design a one of a kind, amazing wedding that reflects your own personal style and is as unique as the two of you. If you think you can’t afford a wedding planner, you can’t afford not to. Having piece of mind knowing your wedding day will be stress free, is definitely a great investment.

Divine Weddings may be retained as your Wedding Planner at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50) per hour. Services include but not limited to; phone calls, face to face meetings, setting up consultations with vendors and being there at every appointment possible. Divine Weddings will keep an accurate record of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. Time will be kept track of in 5 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred at your request, will be reimbursable to Divine Weddings. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.

Consulting Services – Advisement and Referrals
To help you with your planning, I will meet with you face to face at a one time meeting. We will discuss ideas that will make your wedding day uniquely your own. I will provide you with budget guidelines, ideas, check list, advise, timeline and referrals. Two follow up emails and or phone calls are included in the fee. The cost for this service is $100.00 for the first hour and any additional hours will be billed at $50.00 per hour.

Coordination Services – Wedding Day Management
This service ensures that your Wedding runs smoothly while allowing you to enjoy your special day with your guests. I will be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences. Guide you graciously through your day, keeping things running on schedule. Without a coordinator it's very easy to simply run out of time and you never get to do all those creative and special things you spent months planning. This is billed on our hourly rate.

  • Ensuring that the timeline is followed
  • Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
  • Oversee set up and décor,
  • Assist the Photographer in gathering your Wedding Party and family members for pictures as needed
  • Coordinate the processional
  • Assist with corsages and boutonnieres
  • Line up Wedding Party entrance
  • Provide the emergency day kit
  • Rehearsal Party
  • Take care of any issues as they arise and generally make sure that things are running smoothly and on time.
  • Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories

Full Wedding Planning – Design and Production
Our full wedding service package will allow you to relax and enjoy the entire planning process of the wedding. You will provide us guidance while we manage every aspect of the wedding. We will begin with the initial design of your wedding and follow right through the day of the event. This will not only include the big things in the wedding but the tiny details that sometimes get over looked. You will still feel like your part of own wedding, but this service will allow you to “be the relaxing couple” through the complete planning process. This is billed on our hourly rate.

  • Provide a detailed budget
  • Prepare Wedding Day Schedule
  • Prepare Planning Timeline
  • Refer Vendors & Set Appointments
  • Create a personal wedding checklist
  • Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas & etiquette etc)
  • Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
  • Rehearsal Coordination; supervision and orchestration of activities
  • Assist with invitations, favours and accessories
  • Assist with creating and the printing, mailing of the stationery, (i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome Letters", programs, menus, place cards)
  • Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels
  • Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
  • Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
  • Arrange Tasting at Reception Venue
  • Advise on selection of music for Wedding Day
  • Complete Final Balances Due for all Expenses
  • Coordinate with Photographer/Videographer
  • Oversee transfer of flowers from Ceremony to Reception & Placement
  • Review Wedding Schedule with Emcee, DJ/Band
  • Review all Announcements of Bridal Party with Emcee
